أماالتكميم البكينى يتم من خلال فتحة صغيرة فى السرة و فتحتين أخريتان فقط عند خط البكينى فى مكان غير ظاهرى. و بالتالى ففى التكميم البكينى، لا تترك العملية أى ندوب ظاهرة و بعد إلتئام الجروح، لا تظهر أى آثار للجروح من الأساس.
